KUALITAS LAYANAN KESELAMATAN KERJA PEGAWAI DALAM RANGKA TANGGAP DARURAT BENCANA DI BANDAR UDARA PONGTIKU

The objective of this study was to analyzed five indicators of service
quality that related to the work safety of emergency service employees in
the context of disaster emergency response and the results of the analysis
produce solutions that can be used as guidelines for emergency service
units and employees in the context of disaster emergency response at
Pongtiku Airport.
The study applied a qualitative method with descriptive approach. The
data collection technique used primary data from interviews and
observations, the validation tested with the triangulation method of data
sources.
The study showed positive assessment results: facility reliability,
emergency response skills, facility /equipment operating skills, physical
form of facilities, infrastructure, technology equipment and main vehicles
for emergency services, personal safety equipment, health checks, and
availability of training budget and the need for training facilities for
emergency response . Negative assessment: equipment reliability,
maintenance skills, equipment form and employee needs no documents
on the operation of emergency service facilities, emergency response
exercises. Negative recommendations: Repair of damaged equipment
(compressor breathing apparatus set, exhaust fan engine, blackout
operation control panel). Metal saw machine tool replacement. Addition of
emergency service personnel and facility maintenance training. As the
author's contribution to this study, the authors will assist in completing the
missing SOP documents and implementing emergency response
exercises according to the mandate of the applicable regulations.
