IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PADA BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Financial management is an important factor in carrying out regional
programs and organizational activities, but the implementation of financial
management policies in the Regional Development Planning Board of
South Sulawesi Province is still not optimal. Based on these problems, this
study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of financial
management policies at the Regional Development Planning Board of
South Sulawesi Province.
This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative data that is broad
and robust, and contains an explanation of the processes that occur within
the scope of the research site using data collection methods, namely
interviews, observation and document review. The data collection
instruments used are interview guides, observation guidelines and
document review guidelines and data analysis techniques by means of
data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification.
After that, test the validity of the data using the member check technique.
The results of the study indicate that the implementation of financial
management policies as a whole is in a good category but there are still
several indicators that need to be improved to maximize the
implementation of financial management policies.
