ANALISIS PENGADAAN LOGISTIK OBAT PADA KANTOR DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN BUOL

The problem analyzed in the study was about procurement. The objective of the study was to analyze the procurement of medicine logistics at the agency for
health of Buol regency.
The study applied a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Members of population of the study were 37 employees of Buol regency who were involved directly in the procurement of medicine logistics. All employees participated as respondents of the study. The data for the study was collected through
questionnaires, document study, and interviews.
The results of the study showed that the planning aspect of procurement of
medicine logistics in Buol regency in terms of medicine availability, delivery times, stock out frequency, and distribution costs had been adequately met. The medicine formularies aspect of procurement of medicine logistics in Buol regency in terms of fair competition, quality standards, selection according to the classification and evaluation of suppliers had been met. The competitive aspect of procurement of medicine logistics in Buol regency in terms of clarity of SOP, publication processes, the quality of medicines, medicine procurement costs, and the time of the procurement process had been met. The quality assurance aspect of procurement of medicine logistics in Buol regency in terms of official supervision systems and the quality of medicines and medicine certification requirements had been met. lt was suggested that procurement of medicine logistics in Buol regency should be improved through e-catalogue so that availability of medicines could be assured from the aspects of quantity, quality and costs up to the level of public health centers.
