ANALISIS PENERAPAN STANDAR KEPERAWATAN DI INSTALASI BEDAH SENTRAL RSUD AM PARIKESIT TENGGARONG

The problem analysed in the study was about service standard. The objective of the study was to understand the implementation of nursing standards in the central surgical installation of general public hospital (RSUD) AM Parikesit of Tenggarong.
The study applied a descriptive quantitative method. Nursing standards as the only variable in the study consisted five sub-variables namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Population of the study were all 12 employees of the surgical installation at RSUD AM Parikesit of Tenggarong.
The results of the study showed that tree patients who were implemented nursing standards for 91.7 percent, four patients who were implemented nursing standards for about 95.8 present, and tree patients who were implemented nursing standards for 100 percent. All patients agreed that the implementation of nursing standards was good or satisfactory. It was suggested that the management of RSUD AM Perikesit could develop standards of peri operation nursing especially at the central surgical installation.
