Adminsitration of of Regional Property in The Housing, Settelment,
And Land Areas Office of North Toraja District still not going well, where
the assets are moving around so that their whereabouts are not known,
there is no room inventory card, reporting is often late, and the human
resources for managing regional property are still lacking. This study aims
to determine how the administration of regional property in The Housing,
Settelment, And Land Areas Office of North Toraja District
The research approach used in this research is a qualitative
approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews,
observation and document review. The data analysis techniques used in
this study consist of data collection, data reduction, data display, and
conclusion drawing.
The research results on the administration of regional property can
be seen from; (1) Bookkeeping carried out in the administration is still
using the manual system by using the SIMDA application, besides that the
Regional Properties (BMD) are not properly recorded, and the
management of goods is still often late in making bookkeeping. (2) The
inventory of BMD has not been carried out properly, where the labeling of
the inventory goods code are not well-labelled, there is no recap of the list
of goods in each room, and there is no inventory card for the goods in the
room; (3) The reporting of regional property has not been fully carried out
properly, where reports from the goods manager are often late due to the
lack of discipline of the goods management in carrying out the input so
that the reporting is delayed; and (4) inadequate human resources in
charge of administering regional property. In addition, the ability of officers
is not sufficient in administering regional property because they have
never received training, or training related to the administration of regional
property.
