PERANCANGAN STANDAR PELAYANAN PADA KANTOR DESA POLEONRO KECAMATAN LAMURU KABUPATEN BONE

One of the efforts to improve the provided public service standards
by the government is mandated by constitution number 25 of 2009
concerning Public Services. The purpose of this study is to create
standards for the existing services. The benefit of standard services is to
provide access to the public related to ward office service. Therefore,
Poleonro village needs to develop service standards as a form of
improvement of public services. Since the research was conducted, it was
found that the Poleonro Village office did not have any service standards
at all, and it is contrary to the applicable Public Service Law. If there are no
service standards, there are benchmarks or guidelines used in carrying
out public services. The purpose of this study is to create service
standards at the Poleonro village office by providing guidelines.
This research method uses a qualitative approach with primary and
secondary data. Focus Group Discussion, document review, interviews,
and observation were used in the data collection process with the
community and village officials.
The output of this research created some service standards: Cover
Letters for Birth Certificate, Family Card Certificate, ID Cards Certificate,
and Inadequacy Certificate.
