Abstract
This study aims to analyze the quality of EKTP services from the implementation of public services in Tallo District, Makassar City from the perspective of New Public Service
The author believes that all of this emphasizes citizen participation in formulating public service programs that are in favor of citizens' needs, having equal rights, providing space for public participation and transparency of service providers in dealing with citizens, accountability in accordance with programs, norms and implementation carried out by bureaucratic institutions so far.
The results of the research on the quality of E-KTP services at the Tallo District Office show that the service quality is still not optimal. This is because the number of service employees is still very lacking in serving the society in terms of the lack of employees and some officers who are less disciplined that after break time some officers are not at the Tallo District Office. The service officer has difficulty because there is only one officers who are there to serve the community, so that the officer has difficulty checking files and inputting community data in the process of making E-KTP at the Tallo subdistrict office, Makassar City.
