Abstract

The problem analysed in the study was about implementation. The study aimed at understanding the implementation of training and education in the state storage house of seized objects class | Samarinda.
The study applied a qualitative method. The data for the study were collected through observation, interviews with informants, and document study. The data collected were then analysed and interpreted with interactive data analysis.
The results of the study showed that the pre service training and in service training undertaken by employees at the state storage house of seized objects class | Samarinda improved employee knowledge, skills, and attitude to perform their jobs and functions. However, leadership training was undertaken only by limited employees. Technical training attended by staff to improve their technical competence including correctional organizations, discipline, research on goods, understanding psychotropic, and drug response structure. Functional training undertaken by employees was mostly related to their individual functions. All training attended by staff improved their performance.
